Private coaching / one-to-one
Give your next step the attention it needs.
A private lesson gives room to your questions. We look at what you can already do, where a movement or decision breaks down and which exercise helps you progress. One-to-one training follows your goal and the way you learn, rather than a standard programme.
How the coaching worksYour question / focused practice / new choices

The starting point
Understand what is happening first.
You do not need to arrive with a detailed plan. We discuss your experience, your goal and what you currently find difficult in training. Then we look at the technical detail: which position do you take, which signals do you miss and what happens when the other person responds? That helps us choose one useful focus rather than try to improve everything at once.
Clarify
Make your question concrete: which skill or decision would you like to understand better?
Practise with focus
A task brings the relevant detail forward. Try it, receive feedback and notice what changes.
Adjust
When a response works, we change the conditions. This shows what you can carry into the next exercise.

Technique / timing / response
Personal training
Time for the detail that matters.
Private coaching gives space to take a technique apart and build it again. We might start with posture or timing, or with recognising a response and choosing what follows. The progression stays connected to your experience and what you want to learn at that point.
One-to-one attention
The coach can observe directly, adjust a task and follow your own questions.
A clear direction
We return to earlier insights and test them in new exercises. Your training gains direction without a rigid schedule.
Choose your area of practice
A discipline gives your question shape.
Private training can focus on one discipline or explore a connection between areas of practice. The pages below show the particular questions raised by boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, MMA and the other disciplines. This page explains the personal coaching approach; each discipline page explores its technical detail.
Your next step
What would you like to understand more clearly?
Tell us about your experience and what you want to explore. We can discuss whether private coaching is the right format and what a first session could involve.
