Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a standing combat sport using punches, kicks, knees, elbows and clinch work.

Your coach
Víctor Ribera has explored different martial arts since 2007 and taught since 2014. As a BJJ black belt, he combines technical experience with an analytical interest in how people learn.
Years of practice
Víctor began Muay Thai in 2007. Boxing and K-1 followed, then MMA, and eventually Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi grappling. Those different forms of training give him several ways to look at distance, position and decisions.
As a coach
Víctor has taught since 2014 and trained with different teams in several countries. In a session, he looks for the detail that clarifies a question: where are you, what changes and what can you try now? More repetitions are not always the first answer.
His earlier work in HR and conflict mediation, and his experience as a frontend developer, inform his analytical way of thinking. These are not treatment methods or guarantees. Practical martial arts training with focused feedback remains the core of Skill First.
